The founding Partners of Transformé - Total Image Consultants, are Jo O'Rourke (left) and Suellen Hughes (right).  We are passionate about working with people to help them achieve their image goals - physical and psychological.  We are committed to delivering high-quality makeover programs and ensuring that Transformé Consultants deliver outstanding advice, support and image services. 

We established Transformé because we realised, through our own individual experiences, that although people are aware that image services exist, it is time-consuming and often "pot luck" wading through the plethora of services available.  Most people are already a member of a gym or have a personal trainer, get their hair styled regularly, indulge in various beauty treatments and splurge on the odd luxury clothing item.  What makes Transformé so special is that we work with you to determine your overall image goals, do all the ground work, finding the most appropriate services and pulling together a program tailored to your specific needs.  We are as focused on your goal achievement as you are taking you personally through your complete makeover journey.  This means being there with you every step of the way to encourage, support, challenge and celebrate with you!

Suellen manages all day-to-day operations of Transformé and also personally delivers some services.  She is a Master of Business (Employee Relations) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) having completed a Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching from the Behavioural Coaching Institute.

All of Transformé's Consultants and Associates, have been selected for their professionalism, commitment to customer service, passion for their specialism and credentials.  We are constantly looking out for the best professionals in the industry to work with us.  We have a thorough screening process and use a customer satisfaction survey to evaluate all of our service providers.  We have representatives in every state across Australia.
