We really appreciate it when you tell your friends about Transformé
Total Image Consultants and we want to say thank you. For each friend
that you refer who signs up as a new Transformé client to a minimum 10
week Transformé program, we will give you one of the following gifts of
your choice;
- Gift voucher entitling you to a free Transformé style session, or
- Gift voucher entitling you to a free make-up lesson, or
- Gift voucher entitling you to two x 1 hour personal training sessions
- Gift voucher entitling you to $500 off the total cost of any minimum 10 week Transformé program you undertake yourself.
All you have to do is complete the form below to send a message to your
friend letting them know about Transformé Total Image Consultants.
If your friend contacts us and signs up to a minimum 10 week Transformé
program, don’t forget to have your friend tell us your name and contact
details. We will then contact you to organise sending your gift to you.
Terms & Conditions
- There is no limit to the number of clients you refer. You
will receive one gift for every new Transformé client who signs up and
completes a Transforme minimum 10 week program.
- This program is valid to December 2008.
- Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or cheques.
- Gifts cannot be retrospectively applied to existing clients.
- Your friend needs to provide your name and details prior to signing up to their Transformé program.
- We will not make direct contact with your friend unless they contact us first.
