You can book a one-on-one consultation with me for a telephone or skype coaching session.

During the call, I coach you through a specific area where you are stuck or want to accelerate your progress.   The coaching is about you and your needs.

What you can expect from a one-on-one consultation:

• I'll ask you to tell me what you want to achieve and where you're stuck, frustrated or need ideas.
• I'll ask you challenging questions, to get you thinking and move you forward.
• If you want ideas, answers and direction, I'll give them to you but I won't force them on you.  I understand that sometimes you just don't know what to do and want someone to tell you.
• Together, we'll work out what actions you can take to resolve your problem or move closer to you goals.
  
• I'll provide you with a summary or recording of our call so you can listen back in your own time to make sure you didn't miss anything.
  

Some examples of the kinds of issues I've coached others with include:

• Feeling stuck and need to talk to someone about your options
• Unhappy in job but not sure what to do next
• Wanting to start a business but not sure in what area or how to get started
• Ready to undertake a personal challenge and take it to the next level of success

You can book a 30 minute Kick Start Coaching session, a more indepth 60 minute VIP Success Coaching session or a program over multiple sessions.
